These Terms of Purchase (“Terms”) govern your purchase of tops from angelastyle. By placing an order on our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our services or make a purchase.

1. Order Placement and Confirmation

When you place an order for tops on our website, you are making an offer to purchase products from us. We will send you an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. This email will detail the items you’ve ordered, their quantity, size, color, and the total cost. Please review this information carefully. Your order constitutes a binding contract between you and angelastyle only when we send you a shipping confirmation email.

2. Shipping

  • Processing Time: We aim to process and ship all orders within 1 - 3 business days from the date of order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed starting from the next business day.
  • Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times for domestic orders range from 6 - 12 business days, depending on your location. For international orders, delivery may take 10 - 20 business days, subject to customs clearance and other factors. These are approximate times, and actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Returns

  • Return Policy: You may return eligible tops within 60 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible, the tops must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. Items that have been damaged, altered, or show signs of use will not be accepted for return.
  • Return Process: To initiate a return, send an email to service@angelastyle.shop. Include your order number, the reason for the return, and details about the items you want to return. Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to ship the items back. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part (such as sending the wrong item or a damaged product).

4. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned tops, we will process your refund within 5 - 10 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to process the refund and reflect it in your account. If the returned items do not meet the return eligibility criteria, we will notify you via email and return the items to you at your expense.

5. Product Information and Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, and size charts for our tops on the website are accurate. However, color variations may occur due to differences in monitor settings, and minor discrepancies in sizing or fabric texture might exist. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update product information at any time without prior notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall angelastyle be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your purchase of tops from our website, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
