1. Order Placement and Confirmation
When you place an order for tops on our website, you are making an offer to purchase products from us. We will send you an order confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your order. Your order constitutes a binding contract between you and angelastyle only when we send you a shipping confirmation email.

Processing Time: We aim to process and ship all orders within 1 - 3 business days from the date of order confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed starting from the next business day.

Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times for domestic orders range from 6 - 12 business days, depending on your location. For international orders, delivery may take 10 - 20 business days, subject to customs clearance and other factors. These are approximate times, and actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Return Policy: You may return eligible tops within 60 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible, the tops must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached, and in the original packaging. Items that have been damaged, altered, or show signs of use will not be accepted for return.

Return Process: To initiate a return, send an email to service@angelastyle.shop. Include your order number, the reason for the return, and details about the items you want to return. Our customer service team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to ship the items back.
